If you are a customer and you would like to generate a license key request or raise a ticket, you would need to get your email address registered. For this, you need to request for a login. Follow the following steps to get your self registered.


Registration Process


  • Go to Request For a Login and fill up the details.
  • Activate your account by clicking the link received via email



  • Clicking upon the link it will ask the user to create the password


  • Now you can log in and start using the portal.


Advantages of opening an account

  1. Registered user can send the tickets on the support portal.
  2. Registered user can see the Dashboard for their raised tickets.
  3. Registered user can discuss in Smarten Discussion Forum with other users
