You can easily seek help from ElegnatJ BI's support portal. Let's say you are working on cross tab and it shows you E2082 Error. It's pretty easy to find the root cause and remedy for that issue.
Go to ElegantJ BI Support, browse through the categories or search the keywords in the search bar.
1. Using the search bar Simply search by entering the keywords
2. Knowledgebase
Go through the knowledgebase and the articles under it.
3. Forum Discussions
Start a new topic on discussion forum and one of our agents or clients will provide you with solutions
4. Online Help
You can even browse through the online help for Smarten
