Active Publishing scheduler not working after upgrading to a major version

1) Change status of the active publishing tasks to Inactive


2) Stop Wildfly
3) Remove temp folders (wildfly-8.2.0.Final\standalone\tmp) and (wildfly-8.2.0.Final\standalone\deployments\elegantjbi.war\data\temp)
4) Start Wildfly
5) Make the scheduler status to Active for whichever is needed
