Exporting Cross-tab into various formats
Cross-tab cross-tab can be exported to PDF, XLS, XLSX, XML,CSV and HTML formats for optimal interoperability with other business applications.
Note: While you export cross-tab to XLS format, color of exported files may not exactly match with the color of cross-tab on screen due to limitations on support of colors in spreadsheet softwares.
Example 1:
The below sales cross-tab shows Product category wise Gross sales over different Years. To export the cross-tab to PDF format, follow the below steps.

Step 1
In the cross-tab Toolbar, click Export icon. The system displays the Export dialog box.
Select the 'PDF' radio button and Click OK.
The sales cross-tab will be exported to the PDF format as displayed below.

Example 2:
Let's see how to export the below cross-tab which shows State wise city wise Gross sales and Target for different years, to XLS format.
Step 1
Follow the procedure of Export.
Step 2
In the export format options, select XLS radio button and click OK.
The cross-tab will be exported to XLS format with object information sheet as below.

Example 3:
The below sales cross-tab shows State wise – City wise gross sales for different years. To export the cross-tab to XLSX format with grouping facility, follow the below steps.

Step 1
Go to cross-tab toolbar Setting -> Cross-tab properties.
Cross-tab properties dialog will be opened.
Step 2
Expand Export for xls & xlsx section and select the Apply grouping checkbox if it is not selected.

Step 3
Follow the procedure of Export.
Step 4
In the export format options, select XLSX radio button and click OK.
The cross-tab will be exported to XLSX format with grouping facility as below.

Example 4:
The below cross-tab shows Product Category wise – Year wise Cost of Goods for different years. To export the cross-tab to HTML format, follow the below steps.Step 1
Follow the procedure of Export.
