Email is one of the easiest ways in which our customers can reach us. With our support account, you can send tickets to the support email address : firstname.lastname@example.org for posting any queries or feature requests. Any email sent to this address gets automatically converted into a ticket that you can refer later.
When any of our customer emails us a support query to our support email address, it will be created as a ticket in our helpdesk. If the issues already has a solution, one of our agents will public URL of our solution, else they will send details of the expected solution date. Each client has a contact email already added to our helpdesk portal.
When an email gets converted into a ticket, the subject and contents of the email become the title and description of the ticket respectively. And the client who sent you the email becomes the ticket requester.
