Configuration of Timeseries Year Selection in Dashboard Filters

Issue / Query:

I am not able to see the future or past years in the timeseries filter. 

E.g. As per the below image, 2021 year is not displayed in the year selection drop down.

Solution: 

To achieve this, Users need to get the ‘Timeseries year selection’ settings updated from the Administrator.

To update the settings from admin, follow the below steps.

1. In the Administration Navigation Panel, click on Configuration->General Configuration

2. Settings of Time series selection for ‘From’ and ‘To’ Years (for absolute and relative) will be there.

Select the Year range that you would like to display in the Timeseries filter.

3. After making changes, Click Save.

The year range will be displayed in the Timeseries filter as per the settings in all the modules (such as dashboard, crosstab, graphs, tabular, KPIs, Smartenview).
