User list empty while publishing object

 

 

User list is empty while publishing any object as shown below.

Solution:


User needs to get access rights from Admin to publish to all the users or user’s in their group. 


To assign access rights from Admin:

 

Procedure: 

1. In the Administration Navigation Panel, click Security & Permissions.

2. In the Security & Permissions menu, click Access rights policy.

The system displays the Default access rights policy page.

                            ACCESS RIGHTS POLICY: DEFAULT ACCESS RIGHTS POLICY 



 

3. You can select an option to specify user listing displayed in Delivery and publishing.  Select All users to provide list of all active users in the publish list.

 

4. Click SAVE to set the security type.

 

The users will be displayed in the publish list as below.
