If you are a customer and you would like to generate a license key request or raise a ticket, you would need to get your email address registered. For this, you need to request for a login. Follow the following steps to get your self registered.
- Go to Request For a Login and fill up the details.
- Activate your account by clicking the link received via email
- Clicking upon the link it will ask the user to create the password
- Now you can log in and start using the portal.
Advantages of opening an account
- Registered user can send the tickets on the support portal.
- Registered user can see the Dashboard for their raised tickets.
- Registered user can discuss in Smarten Discussion Forum with other users
