Unable to change the password


I am Unable to change the password from Edit profile section. The options are disabled.


To get the Edit profile – Change password section enabled, one has to contact the Smarten administrator. Your administrator has option to enable or disable this feature for you. 


Procedures for Smarten Admin:

  1.     Go to Administration Navigation Panel –> General     Configuration.          

  2.     Enable  'Allow users to edit profile' option and Save     the settings. (As below)





The  Change password option will be enabled now and BI users will now be able to edit the profile as below.
